Appreciation of Master Ji Yishun's Year of the Rabbit Works
古书《唐六典》记：“祥瑞分为大瑞、上瑞、中瑞和下瑞”。《瑞应图》记：“赤兔大瑞，白兔中瑞。”从古至今，兔子一直有祥瑞、中兴、吉祥如意等文化色彩在内。
《茶经》记载，许多茶具中多有“桂枝藏兔”的图案，且一套茶具中只有一只上绘有兔。饮茶行令时，手执兔杯者视为有福之兆，预示来年高冠厚禄、生意兴隆，正所谓“遇兔呈祥”。
此外，兔子喜爱萝卜和白菜，中国地方习俗习惯称萝卜为“菜头”，谐音“彩头”，寓意“好彩头”，白菜谐音“百财”，也预示着财运亨通。所以兔子经常作为创作元素出现在各种器物和绘画中，以彰显传统文化和内涵。

Chinese local customs and habits call radish "Caitou", which is a homonym for "Caitou", which means "good fortune", and cabbage is a homophony for "baicai", which also indicates prosperity. 壶体一整个设计成卧兔状，
兔嘴为流，兔耳为把，兔尾为钮。
壶腹弧度婉转自然，
各个部分的衔接自然贴切、和谐挺括，
造型上节奏紧凑、浑然一体。
